Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of KoeLink, including the Android keyboard, companion website, backend translation service, saved notes, account features, and future paid plans.
By using KoeLink, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use KoeLink.
Service
KoeLink provides voice and text translation tools. Translations may be generated by automated speech recognition and AI language-model systems and may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or unavailable.
Accounts
Some features require Google Sign-In. Public web sign-in is limited to existing KoeLink accounts unless registration is enabled in the future. You are responsible for maintaining access to your Google account and for activity that occurs under your KoeLink session.
Acceptable Use
- Do not use KoeLink to violate laws, infringe rights, harass others, distribute malware, bypass security controls, or abuse quotas.
- Do not submit sensitive information unless you understand that it will be processed by KoeLink and configured service providers to provide the translation.
- Do not reverse engineer, overload, scrape, resell, or interfere with KoeLink or its providers.
Subscriptions and Billing
Free quotas and paid plans may change before commercial launch. When paid plans launch, purchases made through Google Play will be handled by Google Play Billing and subject to Google's payment, cancellation, tax, refund, and subscription rules. KoeLink entitlements depend on backend verification, not client-side purchase state alone.
Privacy and Deletion
Our Privacy Policy explains how we process and retain information. You can review it at https://koelink.app/privacy. You can submit an account deletion request in the app, at https://koelink.app/delete-account, or by contacting support@koelink.app. If you choose to sign in again before deletion is completed, the pending request will be canceled and you must submit a new request if you still want deletion.

Disclaimers and Liability
KoeLink is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent allowed by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect translations, data availability, or compatibility with every device, app, or keyboard field.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, KoeLink is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or translation errors.
